Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a seasoned engineering professional for Thermal Power Plant projects. The role focuses on BTG systems, rotary equipment, erection, heavy lift planning, and interface coordination to ensure safe and on-schedule execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing crane and rigging operations, ensuring quality and NDT standards, and driving mechanical completion, trial runs, and handover activities across project phases.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree in engineering (core discipline unspecified).
• Experience in thermal power plant projects and BTG systems preferred.
• Strong proficiency in erection, lifting, and heavy equipment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and package managers for erection and commissioning.
• Plan heavy lifts, rigging, crane usage, and safety compliance.
• Ensure mechanical completion, trial runs, and handover processes.
