Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a technical leader for Thermal Power Plant erection and rigging operations. The role focuses on scheduling, resource planning and subcontractor oversight to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion of complex BTG systems.

Candidate must possess BTech/BE with extensive experience in boiler fabrication, heavy lift planning, interfaces coordination, and quality management within major power projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Thermal Power Plant projects and erection sequencing.
• Knowledge of EWHS/Quality standards and NDT practices.
• Understanding of interfacing with subcontractors and clients.
