Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking a field professional to oversee Thermal Power Plant erection, BTG systems integration, and structural GA interpretation on major projects in India. You will coordinate erection methodologies, sequencing, and crane operations.

The role requires hands-on supervision of piping, welding, bolting, quality checks, and NDT, plus interface coordination with subcontractors. You will ensure EHS compliance, document control, and timely progress reporting using

Qualifications

• Experience in Thermal Power Plant & BTG Systems.
• Experience with ESP Erection, Structural Drawings, and GA interpretation.
• Knowledge of Erection Methodologies, Sequencing, and Rigging/Crane operations.
• Familiarity with Welding, Bolting, Quality & NDT, and Commissioning processes.
• Ability to coordinate interfaces and manage materials and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal power plant erection and BTG interface activities.
• Plan and supervise rigging, lifting, and crane operations.
• Oversee welding, bolting, quality checks and NDT.
• Coordinate interfaces with subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain documentation and digital project reports.
• Ensure EHS compliance and quality standards.
