Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a skilled engineer for Thermal Power Plant erection, rigging, crane operations and quality control. You will coordinate field activities, supervise subcontractors, estimate resources and ensure safe, compliant progress.

Candidates should have a B.Tech/BE and hands-on experience with structural drawings, erection sequencing, welding, NDT, corrosion protection and site coordination. Strong planning is essential.

Qualifications

Technical expertise in thermal power plant and BTG systems.
Experience in rigging, lifting and crane operations within heavy industry.
Proficient in structural drawings, erection sequencing and quality checks.
Knowledge of welding, bolting, NDT, material reconciliation and corrosion protection.
Strong planning for construction progression and interface coordination.

Responsibilities

Schedule rigging, lifting, and crane activities for power plant projects.
Oversee workforce planning, resource estimation and monitoring.
Ensure safety, quality compliance and timely punch-point closures.
