Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks an on-site Site Supervisor with a BE/BTech in engineering to oversee structural erection at client sites in Gujarat. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, and maintain documentation for progress reporting.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a disciplined, accountable work style and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE in engineering is required.
• Strong reading of GA drawings and erection sequencing is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities for structural erection.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to meet schedule.
• Monitor progress and report using daily progress tools.
• Ensure quality inspections, material traceability, and safety compliance.
