Job summary

Sutherland, based in Chennai, seeks a senior Power BI / Fabric Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise BI projects. You will manage a team, define BI strategy, and ensure high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decisions.

The role requires strong BI expertise with Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, plus excellent stakeholder management and governance, security, and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• MCA or MSc or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 10 to 12+ years of BI/Analytics experience.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, Data governance & security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
