Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Manager – Enterprise Analytics based in India to lead enterprise BI initiatives and deliver scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions. You will guide a team of analytics professionals and align BI strategy with business goals.

You will drive data governance, security, and best practices, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate priorities into practical analytics and delivering high-quality dashboards and data models across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in BI/analytics or data domain.
• MCA, M.Sc., IT or equivalent qualification.
• Strong hands-on with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL and enterprise data modeling.
• Experience leading BI teams on enterprise analytics projects.
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, governance and security.
• Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric experience preferred; Looker exposure is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager – Enterprise Analytics based in India.

This role offers an opportunity to lead enterprise-level business intelligence and analytics initiatives that support data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions across the organization. The position combines technical leadership with team management, BI strategy, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery. You will help establish robust reporting environments, develop high-quality dashboards, and build reliable data models that translate complex information into actionable insights. The role also involves promoting strong data governance, security, and best practices across analytics projects. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand priorities and turn them into effective analytics solutions. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence and analytics projects.

• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical BI solutions.
• Monitor the quality, performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of complementary analytics and data platforms, including Azure Data Factory and Google Looker.
• Encourage the use of advanced analytics techniques and explore opportunities to apply Python or R where appropriate.
• Communicate project progress, technical considerations, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, data, or a closely related field.
• MCA, M.Sc., IT, or another relevant technical or analytical qualification.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and enterprise data modeling.
• Experience leading BI teams and managing the delivery of complex enterprise analytics projects.
• Practical understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, data governance, and data security.
• Experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Google Looker is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and data-related use cases is beneficial.
• Strong ability to define BI strategies, establish technical standards, and make sound architecture and solution decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
