Job summary

Sutherland Global is seeking an experienced Power BI / Fabric Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise BI projects. You will manage a team and define BI strategy.

The role requires MCA/MSc, 10–12+ years in BI, strong SQL, DAX, Power Query, and Azure/Microsoft Fabric experience, plus data warehousing, ETL, governance, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• MCA or MSc in IT or related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, Power Query (M), SQL and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and Data governance & security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
