Job summary

Shield Insurance Broking Solutions is seeking a proactive professional to manage new business placements, RFQs and QCRs, coordinating with insurers to drive proposal conversion. The role includes handling renewals, client servicing, policy issuance, endorsements, and ensuring high retention of assigned accounts.

The candidate will ensure policy accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround, build strong insurer relationships, and provide technical support for risk assessment and coverage

Responsibilities

• Manage new business placements, prepare RFQs and QCRs, coordinate with insurers, and drive proposal conversion.
• Handle renewals, client servicing, policy issuance, endorsements, and ensure high retention of assigned accounts.
• Ensure accuracy in policies, documentation, compliance, and adherence to defined turnaround timelines (TAT).
• Build strong insurer relationships and provide technical support for risk assessment, coverage structuring, and to meet client requirements.
• Maintain system updates and periodical data Reports, collaborate with internal teams and continuously enhance insurance product knowledge and certifications.
