Job summary

Excell Autovista in Mumbai, India is seeking an Insurance Sales & Renewal Manager to oversee policy sales, renewals, and customer handling.

You will coordinate with insurance companies and brokers for quotations and policy issuance, guide the team to meet monthly targets, and ensure accurate policy documents and KYC.

The role includes MIS reporting of daily and monthly sales, renewals and claims, plus cross‑department coordination with Sales, Service, CRM and Accounts.

Qualifications

• Manage vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and new insurance sales.
• Explain insurance plans, coverage, premiums, and claim procedures to customers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, agents, and brokers for quotations and policy issuance.
• Assist customers in claim registration, documentation, survey, and settlement.
• Guide and monitor the insurance team to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain renewal data and follow up with customers before policy expiry.
• Ensure accurate policy documents, customer records, and KYC details.
• Monitor insurance revenue, conversion ratio, and team performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, and Accounts departments.
• Prepare daily/monthly insurance sales, renewal, and claim reports.
