Job summary

Capacite is seeking an experienced Manager Electrical for residential high-rise projects in Mumbai. You will oversee planning, execution, supervision and coordination of electrical works to meet quality, safety, timelines and project requirements.

The role requires 14+ years in the construction industry with hands‑on expertise in LT/HT systems, DG, transformers, panels, cables, earthing and lighting. You will coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams and contractors to ensure on‑time

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 14+ years of experience in the construction industry, especially for residential high-rise projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical works for residential high-rise projects.
• Supervise installation of LT/HT systems, DG, transformers, panels, cables, earthing, lighting, and power distribution.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, layouts, specs and BOQs; ensure execution per approved drawings.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of electrical works.
• Manage electrical contractors and monitor manpower, materials and productivity.
• Coordinate electrical services with civil, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and other MEP services.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specs.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems and resolve site issues.
• Monitor procurement and consumption of materials to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety requirements and regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and updates to the Project Head.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution challenges at site.
• Support snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover of the project.
