Job summary

AR Homes is seeking professionals with exposure to high-rise residential electrical works and 1-2 project execution experience. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all MEP (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & HVAC) works as per project schedule.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Design and Liaison teams for seamless execution.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, shop drawings and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Manage contractors, consultants and vendors to achieve quality, safety, cost and timeline targets.
• Monitor material planning, procurement, billing, testing & commissioning and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, Fire Department, Electrical Inspectorate and all statutory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, technical reviews and resolve execution issues through value engineering.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS and support management reviews.
