Job summary

JLL in Mumbai, India seeks an EHS professional to develop, implement and continuously improve the organisation’s EHS framework, policies, SOPs and guidelines.

You will establish annual EHS objectives, KPIs and action plans, standardise practices across sites, and serve as the central contact for EHS matters. The role requires ensuring compliance with Indian EHS legislation, conducting risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), implementing Permit-to-Work systems, and maintaining PPE availability.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing EHS policies.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) and workplace safety studies.
• Knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication with senior management and site operations.

Responsibilities
