Job summary

Blue Dart is seeking a data-driven professional to drive eCommerce product enhancements, optimize operational processes, and improve delivery performance in Mumbai. You will partner with Technology and cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement digital/automation solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing shipment trends, forecasting, building dashboards, reducing RTO, optimizing COD, and enhancing customer experience, while collaborating with Operations, Product, Technology,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, Logistics, Business, Statistics, or Tech; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years in eCommerce logistics, analytics, or process excellence.
• Strong knowledge of last-mile operations and COD management.
• Experience with process transformation, automation, or digital initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, dashboarding, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with major logistics players is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Drive eCommerce product enhancements and operational process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Statistics, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce logistics, express logistics, supply chain, product management, business analytics, or process excellence.
• Strong understanding of last-mile operations, COD management, RTO reduction, delivery performance, and customer experience.
• Experience in process transformation, technology implementations, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, dashboarding, reporting, and operational performance management.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with organizations such as Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Amazon Logistics, Flipkart Logistics, or similar is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
