Job summary

Siva Group seeks an experienced E-commerce Leader to develop and execute comprehensive online sales strategies, drive brand visibility, and optimize marketplace performance.

You will manage seller accounts, catalog and content optimization, pricing, and coordination with logistics, warehouse operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in E-commerce operations or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing seller accounts on e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, and order management systems.
• Hands-on experience with product listing tools, Excel, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and marketplace integrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics, production) to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries, reviews, and order issues.
• Work closely with IT teams to enhance the integration of e-commerce platforms with ERP or backend systems.
• Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and digital tools.
