Adecco India is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager/Head to lead and grow the company’s online business in Gurugram (Sector 62). You will manage day-to-day operations on Flipkart and Nykaa, drive sales, optimise campaigns, and ensure optimal catalog, pricing, and inventory control.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce, familiarity with Flipkart/Nykaa, and a track record in analytics and negotiation. Work from the office in Gurugram with a focus on health and wellness products.

Competenze

• 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Flipkart or Nykaa preferred.
• Background in nutraceuticals/health & wellness is a plus.
