SoftTech Engineers Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP software solutions for government and corporate clients. You will oversee project execution, client satisfaction, resource planning, and team development to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that meets business objectives.

You will implement delivery frameworks, track KPIs, and champion Agile governance while collaborating with product, engineering, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ERP software solutions, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project execution.
• Develop and implement best practices, delivery frameworks, and processes for software project management.
• Ensure alignment of delivery with business goals, client needs, and organizational strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring strong relationships, proactive communication, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to align delivery outcomes with client requirements.
• Address escalations effectively, providing solutions that balance client interests and business objectives.
• Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.
• Forecast capacity needs
• Develop and mentor high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, delivery timelines, and cost optimization.
• Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor project health, quality, and team performance.
• Champion Agile delivery methodologies, project governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and senior leadership to ensure alignment of delivery plans with business priorities.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
