Job description

We arelooking for a Client Delivery / Project Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery forclient engagements, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and alignedwith business objectives. This role sits at the intersection of client management,program execution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from initiation to closure acrossmultiple client engagements
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationshipmanagement and satisfaction
• Translate client requirements into execution plans, timelines, anddeliverables
• Drive program governance, including status reporting, risk management, andstakeholder communication
• Ensure adherence to delivery SLAs, quality standards, and compliancerequirements
• Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations) todeliver outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively
• Monitor project financials including budget tracking, resource utilization,and profitability
• Enable continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies
• Support pre-sales and solutioning for new client opportunities when required
