Job summary

Zetwerk in Bengaluru, India is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer to design and develop E&I systems for Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will prepare SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, instrument index and I/O lists while performing cable sizing, voltage drop, load flow and short-circuit calculations.

You will develop earthing, lighting, equipment layouts and cable routing, prepare instrument datasheets, control system architecture, and Cause & Effect diagrams, and review vendor

Qualifications

• Experience in design and development of Electrical & Instrumentation systems for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Ability to prepare SLDs, Load Lists, Cable Schedules, Instrument Index and I/O Lists.
• Competence in cable sizing, voltage drop, load flow and short-circuit calculations.
• Knowledge of earthing, lighting, equipment layout and cable routing.
• Experience with instrument datasheets, hook-ups, control system architecture and Cause & Effect diagrams.
• Ability to prepare technical specifications, MTO/BOQ, MR and TBE for E&I equipment.
• Ability to review vendor drawings, datasheets and engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and design review meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables as per project quality and schedule requirements.
