Job summary

Serosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks a dynamic Manager – Culture to shape, strengthen, and sustain our organization's culture from onboarding to leadership. You will embed company values, drive engagement programs, and collaborate with leadership to make culture a competitive edge.

You will lead DEIB initiatives, develop internal communications, and champion culture during transformations, with a strong focus on storytelling and employee experience across global teams.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or organizational culture roles.
  • Strong knowledge of culture-building frameworks, change management, and DEIB practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze engagement metrics.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to promote the organization’s values and culture across all levels.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce cultural priorities in business decisions.
  • Champion DEIB initiatives.
  • Develop internal communication campaigns that highlight cultural milestones, employee stories, and organizational achievements.
  • Partner with marketing/communications teams to align internal and external employer branding.
  • Support leaders in becoming culture ambassadors through workshops, coaching, and resources.
  • Drive culture-building efforts during organizational transformation or change management processes.
  • Manage recognition programs that celebrate behaviors aligned with company values.
  • Partner with HR teams to enhance employee experience from onboarding to exit.
  • Track culture and engagement KPIs; prepare reports for leadership on progress and opportunities.
  • Benchmark culture practices against industry standards and suggest improvements.

About the Role: The Manager – Culture will be responsible for driving initiatives that shape, strengthen, and sustain the organization’s culture. This role will focus on embedding company values, enhancing employee engagement, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring that culture remains a competitive advantage

Culture & Engagement
