Job summary

HDB Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a CSR grant management professional to support sourcing, evaluation and onboarding of project partners.

You will ensure due diligence is conducted per the Grant Assessment Framework and manage grant agreements, payouts and project scheduling. The role includes field visits for monitoring, maintaining accurate MIS data, supporting volunteering initiatives and capturing impact stories for communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with sourcing, evaluating and onboarding potential project partners.
• Conduct due diligence as per the Company’s Grant Assessment Framework.
• Process grant agreements, track payouts, and drive activities as per project schedule.
• Conduct extensive visit to field for project monitoring purposes.
• Maintain MIS with complete and accurate information for all projects.
• Extend operational support required to drive employee volunteering initiatives.
• Document positive stories of change for internal and external communication.
