Role & responsibilities :-

• Identify and research companies with active CSR initiatives and funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of CSR heads, decision-makers, and corporate contacts.
• Reach out to corporate organizations to introduce the company's CSR projects and initiatives.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with CSR teams and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit CSR proposals, presentations, budgets, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather project details, impact reports, and financial information.
• Follow up regularly with prospective partners to secure CSR grants and sponsorships.
• Maintain records of proposals submitted, meetings conducted, and project status.
• Assist in drafting MoUs, partnership agreements, and other CSR-related documentation.
• Monitor CSR funding timelines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Represent the company at CSR events, conferences, and networking forums when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development activities and funding progress.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Experience in working with NGOs, government organizations, corporate CSR departments, sustainability projects, or social impact initiatives will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, NGO relations, or corporate sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of CSR laws, CSR funding processes, and corporate partnerships.
