Dosti Realty in Mumbai seeks a customer relations professional to manage end-to-end post-sales activities, from welcome calls through possession. You will coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure a smooth buying journey and timely handovers.

The role emphasizes CRM, resolving inquiries within targets, collecting payments, maintaining customer databases, and driving satisfaction and retention throughout the handover process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome call and onboarding from post-sales to possession with a streamlined process for a smooth buying experience.
• Customer Relationship Management: end-to-end resolution of all requests/queries/complaints/escalations within specified TATs.
• Collection and payment management: timely revenue collection from existing customers and new bookings through regular payment follow-ups.
• Customer database management.
• Customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handover and possession.

Job description

Welcome Call and On boarding- Managing and handling customer from Welcome call post sales till possession, with a proper streamlined process to facilitate smooth buying experience.

Customer Relationship Management - Ensure end to end resolution of all the customer request/queries/complaints /escalations within the specified TATs.

Collection and Payment Management -Ensuring timely revenue collection from existing customers and new booking through regular payment follow-ups
