Job summary

Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3+ years post-qualification to lead preparation and finalization of Ind AS compliant financial statements in Delhi. You will ensure timely SEBI reporting and manage statutory audits while driving internal controls and policy implementation.

You will liaise with CFO/CEO/MD and senior leadership, support investor decks and regulatory disclosures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial

Qualifications

• CA qualification completed and registered.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and Companies Act.
• Experience in group level consolidations (multi-entry, multi-currency).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Excel.
• Ability to interface with senior leadership (CFO, CEO, MD).
