Qualifications

• CA with ~4 years post-qualification experience in audit, corporate finance or a multientity group.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on FP&A, business finance, working capital and/or treasury experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified CA with ~4 years of post-qualification experience in audit, corporate finance or a multientity group. Big 4 experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in FP&A, business finance, working capital and/or treasury.
• Exposure to IPO or capital markets transactions, restated financials or SEBI ICDR disclosures.
• Advanced Excel; prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) and BI/dashboarding tools is a plus.
