Job summary

Pearl Global in Gurugram is seeking a civil project professional to manage end-to-end execution of demolition, redevelopment, fit-outs, expansions, and facility modifications.

You will prepare BOQs, review drawings, validate quotations, and ensure on-time completion with strong supervision and safety compliance. The role emphasizes cost optimization, cross-team coordination, and regulatory support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on site execution and QA experience with IS-code knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in industrial or commercial civil projects.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of utilities such as STP, ETP, Boiler, HVAC preferred.
