Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy invites an experienced civil project engineer to plan, monitor, and execute construction projects across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. The role emphasizes coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive on-time delivery.

You will prepare schedules, BOQs, and cost estimates, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality compliance, and mentor junior engineers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute civil construction projects (industrial, commercial, or infrastructure as applicable).
• Prepare and review project schedules, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal departments.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
• Supervise site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage project budgets and control cost overruns.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and present to management.
• Implement best practices in construction methodology and resource optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
