Job summary

You will supervise site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion while adhering to safety norms.

The role includes preparing schedules, BOQs and cost estimates; coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal teams; managing budgets and reporting progress to management.

• Prepare and review project schedules, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal departments.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
• Supervise site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage project budgets and control cost overruns.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and present to management.
• Implement best practices in construction methodology and resource optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
