Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru is seeking a civil construction project engineer/manager to plan, monitor and execute projects across industrial, commercial or infrastructure sectors.

You will prepare schedules, BOQs and cost estimates, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, supervise site activities, control costs, and ensure quality, safety and statutory compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute civil construction projects (industrial, commercial, or infrastructure as applicable).
• Prepare and review project schedules, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal departments.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance.
• Supervise site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage project budgets and control cost overruns.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and present to management.
• Implement best practices in construction methodology and resource optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
