Job summary

Pearl Global in India seeks an experienced Civil Project Supervisor to drive end-to-end execution of industrial and commercial civil projects. You will oversee demolition, redevelopment, fit-outs, and facility modifications while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, vendor management, cost optimization, and coordination with operations, design, admin and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on site execution with QA experience and IS-code knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple civil projects concurrently.
• Experience in industrial or commercial civil works.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of utilities (STP, ETP, Boiler, HVAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil projects across demolition, redevelopment, fit-outs, expansions, and facility modifications.
• Prepare BOQs, review drawings, and validate vendor quotations.
• Ensure timely completion through site supervision.

• Prepare BOQs, review drawings, and validate vendor quotations.


• Ensure timely project completion through regular site supervision.


• Monitor contractor performance, quality, and safety compliance.


• Drive cost optimization through efficient planning and material reuse.


• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Design, Admin) and external consultants for smooth execution.


• Resolve site-level issues and support statutory approvals and compliance documentation.


• Coordinate with hard services teams for utilities and infrastructure requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong hands-on site execution and QA experience with strong IS-code knowledge.


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• Experience in industrial or commercial civil projects.


• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.


• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
