Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in India is seeking a Manager Zonal to drive circle performance and optimization. You will lead network quality initiatives, monitor key KPIs, and coordinate with Technology Planning & Quality to deliver superior voice and data experiences.

The role requires a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications with 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on work with OSS, drive tests, and MYCOM reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in telecom network performance and optimization.
• Familiarity with OSS, drive tests and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network performance via OSS, drive tests, and crowd data to boost 4G/VoLTE quality.
• Perform end-to-end KPI analysis and propose actions to improve performance.
• Knowledge of LAYER strategy and load balancing.
• Optimize high DCR, low throughput and CSSR cells.
• Prepare CRs for changes at counter level.
• Experience with MYCOM reporting and template creation.

Job Purpose In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator Of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for quality and performance of circle and to ensure prompt monitoring and Optimization to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (4G/VoLTE) & customer experience

• Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.- VDCR, HOSR, CSSR, Throughput, CQI at cell level.
• Indepth knowkedge for LAYER strategy and Load balancing
• Optimization and Analysis of High DCR , Low throughput and CSSR cells.
• Knowledge of MYCOM Reporting tool and Template preparation.
• Experience in Preparation of CR for changes required at counter level
• Must have technical / professional qualifications B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 5+ years of experience
