Responsibilities

• Ensure 2G/3G/4G site breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Infra providers to maintain network uptime (>99.95%).
• Rectify network alarms within 24 hours to improve quality.
• Ensure MW & txn network uptime (>99.95%).
• Manage inventory and NSS compliance.
• Support capacity addition and traffic shifting as required.
• Foster safety culture and adhere to HSW compliances.
• Identify ideas for opex efficiency.
