Qualifications

Our client is a leading global investment and technology firm seeking an experienced Manager – Core Human Capital (CHC) Analytics to join its Human Capital team in Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

This is an opportunity for an HR analytics professional to turn workforce data into meaningful insights, compelling dashboards, and data‑backed recommendations that support senior stakeholders and business decisions. The role combines analytics, technology, stakeholder management, and people leadership in a highly data‑driven environment.

The CHC Analytics team partners closely with Human Capital and business teams to analyse workforce data, generate actionable insights, and develop analytical solutions around areas such as headcount, attrition, talent management, and workforce trends.

You will own analytics initiatives from data gathering and analysis through to reporting, dashboard development, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and interpret workforce data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver recurring reports, presentations, and analytical solutions for Human Capital and business stakeholders.
• Build and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI or other visualisation tools.
• Use ETL and data analytics tools to transform data into meaningful business intelligence.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for executive audiences.
• Support data‑backed decision‑making across areas including headcount, attrition, and talent management.
• Manage and deliver analytics projects from requirement gathering through implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different organisational levels and functions.
• Manage or mentor team members and contribute to the development of the broader analytics function.

Requirements:

• 7–9 years of experience in data analytics, with strong exposure to HR as a domain.
• Strong understanding of exploratory data analysis and extracting meaningful insights from data.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and data warehousing/database concepts, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven experience developing and managing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Experience publishing and managing dashboards on a server.
• Strong advanced Excel skills, including macros.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings through compelling narratives and executive‑ready presentations.
• Experience managing or mentoring the team
• MBA required.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
