Job summary

Deutsche Post is seeking a Manager - Business Support - Data Analytics to drive analytics across HR domains, including talent management, acquisition and employee feedback. You will develop insights from large datasets, build dashboards, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with SQL/Python, and proven ability to translate data into actionable business decisions while managing projects end-to-end.
