FYERS Securities Private Limited is seeking a proactive business development professional to drive PMS and AIF solutions in a fast-growing distribution network in Bengaluru. You will acquire and grow HNI, Ultra-HNI and institutional investors, build partnerships with Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, RIAs, Family Offices, Private Banks, and manage the end-to-end pipeline from lead to closure.

• 3–7 years of PMS/AIF sales or distribution experience in capital markets.
• Strong relationships with distribution channels and client segments.
• Deep familiarity with PMS/AIF products, regulations, and investor segmentation.
• Bachelor-level or above in commerce-related fields; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow a book of HNI, Ultra-HNI, and institutional investors for PMS/AIF offerings.

• Develop client-centric advisory relationships and manage pipeline from lead to closure.

A frontline, target-driven role for someone who genuinelyunderstands capital markets and equities, can hold their own in a conversationwith seasoned investors & advisors and has the hunting instinct to open newrelationships. It is equally about depth of knowledge and quality ofrelationships.

Key Expectation:

• Acquire and grow abook of HNI, Ultra-HNI, Institutional investors for our PMS and AIF offerings.
• Build and managepartnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, RIAs,Family Offices, Private Banks etc.
• Develop deep,long-term relationships rooted in a client-centric, advisory approach —understanding goals, risk appetite, and portfolio fit before recommendingsolutions.
• Drive net sales andAUM growth in line with agreed targets, with clear ownership of your pipelinefrom lead to closure.
• Stay sharp onmarkets, the equity landscape, peer products, regulations and the broaderalternatives ecosystem to bring that perspective into client conversations.
• Maintain accuratepipeline, activity and reporting discipline in the CRM.
• Drive periodicroadshows, webinars and investor education sessions.
• Operate fully within regulatoryguidelines and internal compliance standards at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–7 years ofexperience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution—ideally within an AMC, wealthmanagement firm, or registered investment advisor.
• Strong existingrelationships with distribution channels and client segments.
• Deep familiarity withcapital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, regulatory environment, andinvestor segmentation.
• Stellarinterpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skillswithacademic credentials of B. Com or MBA in Commerce or Marketing.
• Self-motivated,target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
