Job summary

DLF Ltd in Gurgaon NCR is seeking a senior professional to lead asset management, business planning and strategic consulting for business transformation and optimization. The role covers end-to-end product management, pricing alignment with the business plan, and risk identification across the asset portfolio.

You will collaborate with product, finance and operations to develop monetization strategies, monitor performance, and drive cross-functional decision-making for new and existing projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have real estate experience.
• Extensive corporate strategy experience in consultancy, real estate, FMCG or startup.
• Based at NCR or open for relocation; Gurgaon experience advantageous.

Role & responsibilities

It entails primarily asset management, business planning and internal strategic consulting for business transformation and optimization. Specific responsibilities would be:

Asset Management:

• To Assist in formulating the business plan for new & existing projects and ensure adherence to key financial over the life cycleAssist in end-to-end product management to (i) ensure that the design is in line with the positioning and costing envisaged in the business plan, (ii) monitor if costing ofthe product is optimized while preserving the quality and customer experience, (iii)formulate marketing and sales plan and determine the optimal launch/sales plan for the project, (iv) highlight any risks to the businessParticipate in cross functional and key business decisions related to the assetAssist in preparation & presentation of Project BudgetsAssist & Lead in approval cycle of assigned projects in Launch pipeline

Business Planning:

• Assist in making the annual plans of the asset being managed by factoring in timelines,including approvals, launch, and construction, market sentiment in terms of pricing,structure of land related payments, etc. with aim of efficient cashflow managementand preserving the business planScenario analysis for optimizing the business planDetermine the key performance indicators for the project for the year and periodic reviewof actual performance

Strategic Assignments:

• Work with Product Management head on key strategic assignments for developing longterm monetization strategy for DLF to ensure DLF widens it lead as the largest real estatedeveloper in the country. Examples of such assignments are sales acceleration, reducingtime to launch, new product development, entry strategy for new projects etc. Prepare the business analysis and scenarios

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have real estate experience
• Candidate should have extensive corporate strategy experience in consultancy, real estate, FMCG or startup
• Having work experience in Gurgaon Real Estate is advantageous
• Should be based at NCR/ Open for relocation
• Advance financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
