Mahindra Group seeks a senior professional to oversee proto vehicle build activities, ensuring adherence to build processes and timely sign-off from design agencies for testing handover. The role requires extensive experience in automotive proto builds and collaboration with design teams and internal shops.

The incumbent will coordinate with design, vehicle integration, and shop teams to execute planned actions, uphold MPDS guidelines, and manage build quality and rework as needed.

Qualifikationen

• BE/B Tech is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in proto vehicle build or automotive manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating with design, vehicle integration, and internal shops.

• Prepare proto build PFC, control plan, and DVP.
• Manage daily proto vehicle build activities.
• Ensure adherence to vehicle build processes.
• Track and resolve build concerns.
• Coordinate with design, vehicle integration and internal shops to execute planned actions.
• Contribute to MPDS guidelines deliverables.
• Participate in DFMEA and provide input to design team.
• Complete proto vehicle sign-off from design agencies and handover to testing.
• Evaluate vehicle build quality.
• Repair and rework vehicles.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsible for preparation of proto build PFC, Control plan and build DVP
• Responsible for daily work management of proto vehicle build activities
• Responsible for vehicle build process adherence
• Responsible for build concern tracking and resolution
• Coordinating with design team , vehicle integration , and internal shops to execute the planned action in projects
• Responsible for build key deliverables as per MPDS guide lines
• Participation in Design Review, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and provides input to design team by representing build team
• Complete Proto vehicle signoff from all design agencies and vehicle handing over to testing agency for design validation
• Vehicle build quality evaluation
• Vehicle repair and rework
