Job summary

DP World seeks a Manager – Branch Operations to lead and optimize branch performance across multiple locations. You will develop annual and monthly operation plans, deliver revenue targets, and manage end-to-end branch activities while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires 2-3 years in branch operations, strong supervision and budgeting skills, and the ability to build key vendor and account relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a branch with at least 2-3 years in operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present the branch AOP and execution plan to meet targets.
• Deliver AOP revenue and EBDITA through controlled operations and cost for the branch.
• Utilize resources to grow the branch as per short and long-term strategies.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly branch operation plans across service lines.
• Monitor end-to-end operations daily, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop peak-season plans including infrastructure and manpower.
• Track competitive activities and adapt AOP-based strategies.
• Produce MIS reports and updates in MOR for branch reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and local accounts per plan.
• Set KPIs for large contracts and review regularly to protect accounts.
• Handle escalations per the escalation matrix and maintain customer relations.
• Oversee day-to-day branch administration and regulatory compliance.
• Support regional expansion through network extension and cross-region collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts per the account plan.
• Foster a safe work environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and retain branch teams; create training plans.
• Maintain product and process quality per QMP and conduct cross-functional reviews.
• Ensure audit compliance and CEI score targets.

• Managing geographic expansion within allocated region, through extension of network and leveraging the relationship across regions where Writer has presence.
• Maintain relationships with select key accounts in the branch as per the account plan
• Continually find ways to improve and keep our work environment safe
• Recruit, develop and retain the branch teams. Build talent within the branch to meet organizations growing needs.
• Create an atmosphere that promotes learning, high moral values, ethical business conduct by upholding Writer Values. Provide direction, motivation and training to the team to ensure optimum performance. Create a training plan for the branch to meet branch growth targets.
