Job description

• Provide hands-on L2 Application Operations leadership for telecom Billing Operations, with primary focus on bill run processing, invoice posting, call/CDR processing and discrepancy management across supported billing platforms.
• Ensure reliable daily and bill-cycle operations through technical monitoring, incident restoration, SLA/KPI adherence, pre/post-bill validation, reconciliation, exception handling and proactive problem management.
• Drive automation, observability, continual improvement and responsible AI/AIOps adoption to reduce manual effort, improve billing accuracy and accelerate detection and resolution of operational issues.
• Requires 4-7 years of Telecom IT, BSS or enterprise billing Application Operations experience with strong hands-on production-support responsibility.
