Responsibilities

• Translate billing requirements and business processes into effective technical solutions.
• Support the implementation of billing features, enhancements, pricing rules, invoicing workflows, and related system functionality.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve billing discrepancies, application defects, and production issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze billing transactions and system outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and functional tests to ensure billing solutions meet defined requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations involving billing, customer, payment, order, and financial data.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, process documentation, configuration details, and issue-resolution records.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, release activities, and deployment support as required.
• Monitor system performance and data quality to help ensure accurate and uninterrupted billing operations.
