Altre is seeking a versatile Marketing Associate in Gurugram to handle design, content, and digital distribution. You will create social media creatives in Figma, manage content calendars, improve SEO performance, and support events that generate a qualified pipeline.

• Support creation of pitch decks, one‑pagers, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in campaign execution for GTM initiatives.

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Marketing Associate who can operate across design, content, and digital distribution. This is a hands‑on role for someone equally comfortable designing a social post in Figma, building a content calendar, improving SEO performance, and supporting events that generate a qualified pipeline. You will act as a force multiplier for the founding and growth team, owning execution across multiple marketing channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives using Figma aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule, publish, and optimize posts based on performance insights.
• Work closely with strategy teams to translate ideas into high‑performing content formats.
• Assist in SEO‑driven content creation for blogs, landing pages, and website updates.
• Support keyword research and basic on‑page SEO implementation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (designing social media creatives is essential).
• Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy, along with strong writing and content structuring ability.
• Execution mindset with strong ownership and speed.
• Ability to execute on end‑to‑end marketing tactics without needing total assistance of AI tools.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, real estate, SaaS, or consulting environments.
• Experience in event marketing or UI/UX flows.
• Understanding of GCC / corporate / enterprise audiences.
