Responsibilities

• Drive AR days reduction, collections and denial recovery
• Own KPIs: productivity, quality, TAT, SLA
• Analyze aging and denial trends; implement corrective actions
• Manage hiring, training, attrition and performance reviews
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
