Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe is seeking a Manager, Analytics in Mumbai to act as a strategic analytics partner for APAC and country stakeholders. The role leads cross‑BU and regional reporting, delivering dashboards, analytics and insights to influence business outcomes.

You will collaborate with JAPAC Biz Ops, Global IT and Strategy to harmonize digital tools, drive adoption of analytics, and manage data governance. A strong background in analytics, BI tools, and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data/computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related field.
• At least eight years of experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation; six years if holding a Masters.
• At least two years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business unit stakeholders at the APAC and country levels.
• Lead cross-BU and/or regional requirements to ensure consistency and useability.
• Scope, evaluate and deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes.
• Work with JAPAC Biz Ops, Global IT and Strategy to manage the portfolio of available and upcoming JAPAC Digital Tools (Platforms/Website/Apps), driving product ownership and system harmonization.
• Explore opportunities to develop new improved digital solutions leveraging existing data, systems and tools.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests.
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts.
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives.
• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance integrity.
• Provide guidance to the team.

What Youll need (Required):

• Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
• At least eight (8) years previous related work experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation; six (6) years if holding a Masters Degree
• At least two (2) years experience in people management
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
• Good project management skills with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables
• Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications
