Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe is seeking a data analytics professional in Mumbai to lead dashboard development and analytics initiatives. You will bridge data teams with business units, automate reporting, and ensure data integrity across sources.

The role requires 5+ years in full-stack development and analytics, proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau/SFDC, and advanced Excel. Some collaboration with stakeholders and governance initiatives will be part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data/CS, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formulas and data manipulation

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and lead execution on complex projects
• Serve as liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders, including senior personnel
• Automate/standardise/deliver dashboards, reporting, analytics and strategic insights to drive business outcomes
• Create customised reports to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate evaluation and scope of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Identify issues and provide process improvement recommendations with stakeholders
• Perform data manipulation tasks and establish proper ownership of accounts and contacts
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance initiatives
• Drive best-practice for adoption, data maintenance & integrity
• Handle other incidental duties

How you will make an impact:

• Develop solutions to and lead execution on complex projects
• Act as key contact and liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders, including senior internal/external personnel
• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts

• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 5 + years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
