Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking an Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting in Pune, India. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions to support informed business decisions.

You will work with stakeholders, data engineers and cross-functional teams to transform data into dashboards, reports and performance metrics. You will develop senior management presentations and provide data-driven insights to finance and operations.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics with core-finance experience
• B.Com in Accounting with CA/ICWA/CFA credentials
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence solutions, especially Power BI

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and enhance enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to transform data into actionable insights via dashboards, reports and KPIs
• Support senior management presentations across Finance, Operations and Marketing
• Provide data-driven insights to finance functions and routine financial analysis
• Develop BI dashboards, reports and scorecards using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL
• Gather requirements and translate into reporting/visualization solutions
• Analyze large datasets for trends, opportunities, risks and drivers
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting
• Define KPIs with business partners and support month/quarter/year-end reporting
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of reporting issues
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations to communicate insights
• Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting and analytics ecosystems

Job description

What you’ll do:

• The Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.


• The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.


• This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessary.


• The aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance function.


• Professional will also support plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects."


• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and other analytics platforms.


• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting and visualization solutions.


• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.


• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.


• Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs and reporting standards.


• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting activities.


• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.


• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues.


• Prepare presentations and executive-level summaries to communicate insights effectively.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting and analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

• Master in Business Administration- Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Graduate with core-finance experience


• Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA


• 3-5 years of experience – Business Intelligence solutions like Power BI

Finance & Data Analytics Transformation:
