Job summary

Indium Software seeks an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics function and transform data into actionable business insights. You will mentor analysts, deliver dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL and Excel, hands-on with Power BI/Tableau/Looker, Python or R, and a solid grasp of data modelling, ETL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• 2-4 years of experience leading or managing analytics teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
