Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Gruppe is seeking a data analytics professional to develop complex analytics solutions and lead project execution from Mumbai. You will act as a bridge between analytics and senior business stakeholders, delivering automated dashboards and strategic insights to drive business outcomes.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and governance initiatives, with a focus on advanced analytics, BI tooling, and reporting across multiple data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data/CS, IS, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation.
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Advanced Excel including complex formulas and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and lead execution on complex projects.
• Act as liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders at senior levels.
• Automate, standardise and deliver dashboards, reporting and analytics.
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate evaluation and cadence of change/new reporting requests.
• Identify issues and suggest process improvements with stakeholders.
• Perform data cleaning and ownership governance tasks.

How you will make an impact

• Develop solutions to and lead execution on complex projects
• Act as key contact and liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders, including senior internal/external personnel
• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 5 + years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation
