The Analytics Manager will lead analysts, liaise with senior leadership, and deliver high-impact insights influencing business strategy. Reporting to Senior Leadership, this role demands strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related discipline.
• 10+ years with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the data analytics domain.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL and Python

Summary

We are seeking a ‘Manager – Analytics’ to lead and scale our Business Analyst team in Bangalore. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Supply Chain functions.

The Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts, act as a strategic liaison between analytics and senior leadership and deliver high-impact insights that influence business strategy. This role reports directly to Senior Leadership.

Role Requirements and Expectations:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any related discipline.
• 10+years with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the data analytics domain.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL and Python
• Ability to transform complex data sets into real time dashboards, providing actionable insights to multiple stakeholders and business leaders
• Ability to let the numbers define the narrative rather than finding numbers to support a narrative
• Ability to apply analytical rigor to complex business issues and supply chain processes.
• Highly skilled in problem solving and able to convey key initiatives to senior level management
• (Including C-Suite leaders like CEO, COO etc.)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Understand business dynamics and deliver periodical, in-depth analysis of Purchase, Sales, Inventory planning, Product level analysis etc.
