RAAPID, Inc. is seeking a pioneering Manager, AI Go-To-Market Strategy to architect a future-ready GTM engine.

This role focuses on re-imagining sales and marketing through Agentic AI, building autonomous agents, and shaping an intelligent, hyper-personalized growth model for RAAPID. You will lead AI-driven GTM initiatives, coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and operations, and drive measurable outcomes in pipeline and revenue while staying at the forefront of AI and marketing tech

Position Overview

We are seeking a pioneering and strategic Manager, AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy to architect and build the GTM engine of the future. This role is not about using AI tools; its about fundamentally re-imagining our sales and marketing functions through the lens of Agentic AI. You will be the central architect responsible for designing, building, and leading a new class of AI-driven strategies that create a sustainable, intelligent, and hyper-personalized growth model for RAAPID. This is a rare opportunity to move beyond the traditional marketing playbook and invent the next one.

Responsibilities

1. AI GTM Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute the roadmap for integrating Agentic AI and other advanced AI technologies across the various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, legal, HR, finance etc..
• Design, build, and manage autonomous AI agents for tasks such as lead prospecting, personalized outreach, content generation, and market segmentation.
• Own the AI Martech Stack: Lead the strategic selection, implementation, and ROI justification for all AI-powered GTM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing martech stack (CRM, automation platforms, etc.).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to leverage internal AI capabilities for external GTM initiatives.

2. Campaign Optimization & Analytics

• Utilize AI to conduct sophisticated analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Develop and manage A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to continuously refine AI models and marketing tactics.
• Deliver C-Suite-Level Business Intelligence: Architect and manage the reporting systems that translate AI-driven GTM activities into clear, quantifiable business impact (pipeline, revenue, ROI) for executive leadership.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for the marketing and leadership teams.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Innovation

• Act as a Strategic Advisor & Change Agent: Serve as the companys leading expert on AI in GTM, advising sales, marketing, and executive leadership on emerging trends and opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and AI-enhanced GTM motion.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, and marketing technology, acting as a key driver of innovation within the company.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing Agentic AI products.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and modern go-to-market strategies.
• Proven analytical skills, with experience turning data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Master s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
• Demonstrable experience or a deep, provable passion for applying advanced automation or AI to solve real-world marketing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong grasp of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation.
• A natural curiosity and passion for exploring how AI can fundamentally change how businesses go to market.
