Key Responsibilities

• Procure-to-Pay Management: PR to PO conversion & ensuring timely PO execution
• RFQ Handling: Floating enquiries, preparing comparative analysis & driving negotiations
• Vendor Development: Identifying, onboarding & monitoring supplier performance
• Data Accuracy: Item code creation & maintaining clean master data
• Procurement Planning: Aligning with lead times, consumption & re-order levels
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Stores, Accounts, Operations & Planning
• Cost Optimization: Driving savings through alternate sourcing, bulk buying & long-term strategies
• Digital Procurement: Working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or any ERP system preferred
• Leadership: Building & mentoring a high-performing procurement team
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication & collaboration with internal and external partners
